At ReplenishingtheEarth.com you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. How will my order be shipped? We can ship products anywhere in the United States using our preferred carriers.
When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to ship every order within 7 business days, excluding holidays, from receipt of order. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. In most cases, we achieve this goal. However, we periodically experience unpredictable surges in demand for our products. When this occurs, we do everything in our power to respond, but delays are sometimes unavoidable.
Will I be charged for shipping and handling?
In some cases, yes.
Will I be charged a sales tax?
The tax laws require us to collect sales tax for all orders sold in Missouri.
Can you ship me product if I am not located in the United States?
We are willing to ship anywhere. However, our online store does not currently accept international orders. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us to determine shipping costs and carrier. We require a credit card number, phone number and e-mail address at the time you place your order. However, we will not charge your card unless we can find a way to ship that works well for you.
Order Policies
Back Orders
When we have a back order, we will contact you immediately. If we cannot supply the back ordered merchandise soon enough, simply request refund and/or cancellation and we do our best to honor your request.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order simply contact us and we will promptly remove your order from our system. Please note that most orders ship within an average of 7 business days from date of placement and your order may have already been processed and shipped before your cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% of order total, less applicable sales tax and shipping will apply to cancellation of confirmed orders.
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Replenishingtheearth.com. Items returned after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
Returns may be made only with prior written authorization and must be shipped back freight pre-paid. No merchandise will be accepted without authorization. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:

If your product is received damaged, purchasers should file all claims for damage delay or lost due to shipping with the carrier at delivery, save the original packing materials and contact us immediately. Our primary goal is to satisfy our customers.
